Returns & Exchanges

All products are quality tested by the manufacturer. In case any fault develops then all our products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty which is normally 1 year unless specified otherwise.

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this 30 days return policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
We receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of receipt of the product. The returned product is unused, in its original [unopened] packaging [(with any seal or shrink-wrap intact)] [with any labels still attached,] and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.

If you decide to cancel the order before it has been shipped please contact customer service as soon as possible to avoid shipping the order. If you decide to cancel the order after it has been shipped, you may refuse the shipment from the courier company and inform customer service of your decision to cancel the order.

Please note that we will stop serving customers if they have 2 or more undelivered orders. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Delivery Information:

Delivery is FREE to all the countries we serve. Orders are dispatched Saturday to Thursday usually within a few hours of receiving the order but it can take up to 1-2 working days in case of busy sales period or incorrect address information. UAE Next Day Delivery is not guaranteed although we try our best to make sure the customers receive their orders as soon as possible.
Tracking is provided as soon as the parcel is shipped.

UAE Delivery takes 1-2 Working Days and Rest of World Delivery takes 2-4 Working Days Approx. The above are approximate times and are not guaranteed. All orders are shipped by SMSA Express or Aramex depending on Weight & Value. All orders are 100% INSURED before being shipped.

Customs Duties & Taxes

All BeautySook prices shown on the website are inclusive of duties and taxes. During importation, all customs duties and taxes will be paid by BeautySook. Upon receipt of your order, you should only expect to pay the price advertised on the website, if the courier charges you any extra please bring this to our attention immediately by emailing info@beautysook.com. Additionally, when ordering from BeautySook.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.


We only accept payment upon delivery. Payment is done via bank card or by cash. Refunds are done done via bank transfer or western union. We will not bear any bank charges your bank may levy due to the transfer. Additionally, we will not be held liable for any incorrect data sent to us such as incorrect bank name, Iban number, account number, bank account holder name, etc. Please enure the completeness and accuracy of the data sent to BeautySook. Allow up to 5-7 working days for your transfer to be processed.


All our items are covered by a 2 year global brand warranty. If there is any manufacturing defect with your order, you may take your order to the nearest distributor to fix/replace/refund your order. It up to the distributors discretion to fix/refund/ or replace your defective item. Please contact BeautySook customer service to find the nearest brand distributor to you.

Alternatively you may also contact our customer service department and arrangefor the defective item to be picked up from your address. Once we receive the item our technical team will inspect the item and either refund/replace/ or fix your defective item. Please allow up to 21 working days for this process to be complete. Delivery fees to/from our store will be borne by us.

If upon receiving the item it is found that there is no fault in the item and it is working perfectly fine or if it is found that the item is defective due to misuse by the customer then we will return the order back to the customer and levy a shipping charge to/from our store.

The user should strictly adhere to all instructions included in the user manual and should abstain from any actions or uses that are deemed as unnecessary or which are warned against in the user manual.

Please note we will not be held responsible if the device is not compatible with your skin tone. You must ensure that the device is suitable for your skin tone before purchase.
